Year 5 and 6 Llangrannog Trip:

• We will be leaving the school at 1 o’clock on Friday.
• The pupils can wear their own clothes to school on that day.
• Pupils will need enough warm clothes, including a rain coat, scarf, gloves etc.
• Pupils will need ‘disco clothes’ for the Saturday night.
• Pupils will need plenty of spare clothes, especially spare socks, incase the weather is cold / wet.
• Pupils will need a swimming costume / trunks and a towel.
• We ask you kindly to ensure that there is a name on each item of clothing, including the towel.
• Pupils need a sleeping bag and a pillow. (With a name on the bag.)
• Pupils can bring £10 with them to spend in the shop there. We will keep the money safe in a locker so ideally, pupils should put the money in a money bag / wallet with their name on it. It would also be better for the money to be in pound coins rather than a note. They can keep £2 to take with them for the services on the way.
• If your child suffers from asthma, he/she must bring their pump or a letter stating why they don’t need it. Please ensure that there is a name on each pump.
• If your child has any medicine, including travel sickness tablets, could you please ensure that these are handed to Miss Passmore on the Friday morning? Again, please could you ensure that these is a name on each item along with a letter explaining when to give the medicine, signed by a parent / guardian.
• Straightners are not allowed in Llangrannog.
• No mobile phones or ipods etc are allowed either.
• We will be leaving Llangrannog at 2 o’clock on the Sunday so we hope to be back in the school about 5 o’clock. We will have the school mobile with us and this will be turned on at 3 o’clock. If you would like to phone us to ensure that we are on track to be back by 5, the number to call was sent out on Friday.
