Eisteddfod Arrangements:

You have noted that you will be making your own way to the Urdd National Eisteddfod on Tuesday, June 27th. Last week, we received our time slots for both prelims, which are:

Recital Party: 11 o’clock.
Choir: 1:20.

We will meet the pupils outside the choral hall (Neuadd Gorawl) an hour before both competitions.

We will meet those competing in the recital party at 10 o’clock and the choir at 12:30. Please could you ensure that your child is there by the allocated time as we will not be able to wait for anyone who is late? There are usually traffic problems around the Eisteddfod field so please make sure you factor this in when leaving for the Eisteddfod.

If you would like any information about the Eisteddfod, please look on the Urdd’s website. www.urdd.org. On the website, you will find information about the Eisteddfod field, camping and the exact location etc. When you arrive at the Eisteddfod, you will receive a map and on that map will be the location of the choral hall.

All pupils competing in the choir should wear the school uniform, including the school tie. The pupils competing in the recital party should wear their black clothes, along with a cloak.
