Here are the arrangements for next week at Ysgol Gymraeg Cwmbrân:

Language pattern of the week:

Foundation Phase children: Wyt ti .... ? Ydw / Nac ydw
Key Stage 2 pupils: The difference between 'yn' and 'mewn'.

** There are no after school clubs this week, apart from Clwb Plant y Tri Arth. **

Monday:

Pontypool Urdd Club for pupils in years 3-6.
This club is run in St. James Lower Hall, Hanbury Road, Pontypool between 4:30 and 6 every Monday night for just £1 a session.

Year 6 pupils will be going to Gwynllyw to perform in a Christmas concert today.
10 - 12.
(School uniform and a packed lunch please.)

Techniquest Workshop for year 3 and 4 pupils.

Tuesday:

Techniquest Workshop for year 5 and 6 pupils.

The choir will be performing in a home for the elderly today.
(See letter in 'School letters')

Wednesday:

** Please could money for tomorrow's Christmas party be paid by today? (£2) **
** Please could any tins / food / toiletries be sent in to school today? **

Welsh lessons for parents in the school library. 09:00-11:30.

Christmas dinner will be served as a hot option today.
Same price as usual.

Thursday:

Christmas Party. The pupils can wear their own clothes to school today.
Party food for £2 per pupil. Those who don't want to have party food can bring a packed lunch.

No swimming lesson for Miss Broad's class.

Friday:

Last day of term.

The pupils can wear a Christmas / Winter jumper / own clothes to school today.
We're kindly asking for a donation of one of the following:

A monetary contribution for Save the Children.
Food tins / food for a local food bank.
Toiletries for a homeless charity.

Violin lesson for year 2 children.

Hockey lesson for year 6 pupils.

Clwb Hwb during lunch time for KS2 pupils.

We will be closing for Christmas at 3:30.
