Here are the arrangements for the week after half term at Ysgol Gymraeg Cwmbrân:
Language pattern of the week:

Band of the week:
Band of the week is Lowri Evans.
We'll be listening to 'Merch y myny' and 'Cân Walter' in school.
The colour of the week for nursery children is purple. (porffor)
Monday:
No school for the pupils today as there is a teacher training day.
Tuesday:
The school will restart for the pupils today.
Miss Rhian James from Gwynllyw will be in school this afternoon to talk to year 6 pupils.
Shakespeare practice after school until 4:30.
Cooking club for Miss Hughes' class until 4:30. (£1)
PTA Meeting in the school library at 3:30.
(We extend a warm welcome to everyone.)
Wednesday:
Science Show for year 3 and 4 pupils this afternoon.
Gwynllyw Open Evening for parents / guardians of year 6 pupils.
4pm - informal meeting.
6pm - formal meeting.
Chess club during lunch break for year 5 and 6 pupils.
(12-12:45 in Mr Bridson's class. A letter has been sent home.)
Welsh lessons in school today for parents / guardians with 'Learn Welsh Gwent'
(9:15 - 11:15 in the school library.)
Urdd Club after school for year 5 and 6 pupils until 4:30.
Thursday:
The nursery children can wear purple clothes / a purple item to school today.
Netball and Rugby tournament at Ysgol Gyfun Cwm Rhymni today.
(A letter will be sent home on Tuesday.)
Swimming lesson for Mrs Griffiths-Jones' class.
Rugby club after school until 4:30 for year 4, 5 and 6 pupils.
Netball club after school until 4:30 for year 4, 5 and 6 pupils.
Clebran Club for parents / guardians who can speak Welsh.
Come to practise your Welsh and gain confidence in an informal setting.
3:30 - 4:30 in the school library.
Friday:
** Miss Baker's class can wear their own clothes to school today as they won attendance of the month for October. **
HWB Club for KS2 pupils. (12:30-1)
