** Anti-bullying week: During the week, the pupils will be taking part in different lessons and activities based on bullying and acceptable behavior. **

The pupils will be taking part in a teeth brushing challenge this week.

Pupil of the week assembly.
09:10 in the school hall.

Year 4 trip to Big Pit.
The pupils will need a packed lunch and their school uniform, with trainers please.

Shakespeare practice after school until 4:30.

Cooking club for Miss Dalgleish's class until 4:30. (£1)

Wednesday:

PC Thomas will be holding an assembly with year 4 pupils this morning. (09:10 - 10:00)

STEM assembly at 10am.

Chess club during lunch break for year 5 and 6 pupils.
(12-12:45 in Mr Bridson's class. A letter has been sent home.)

Welsh lessons in school today for parents / guardians with 'Learn Welsh Gwent'
(9:15 - 11:15 in the school library.)

Football training session with Mrs Haman's class with Newport County.
(1:00 - 2:30)

Urdd Club after school for year 3 and 4 pupils until 4:30.

The pupils will be staying in the Riverfront Theatre until the performance in the night at 7pm.

Thursday:

** As year 3 pupils are on a school trip tomorrow, they can wear pyjamas / non-uniform to school today for Children In Need if they wish. **

A scientist will be holding a workshop with year 6 pupils this morning.

The nursery children can wear black clothes / a black item to school today.

Digital Leader Meeting: The Digital Leaders will be meeting with Digital Leaders from Ysgol Bryn Onnen and Panteg to share ideas for our coding club.

Swimming lesson for Mrs Griffiths-Jones' class.

Rugby club after school until 4:30 for year 4, 5 and 6 pupils.

Netball club after school until 4:30 for year 4, 5 and 6 pupils.

Clebran Club for parents / guardians who can speak Welsh.

Friday:

** Children In Need: The school council has decided that pupils can wear pjs to school today. We're kindly asking for a donation for Children In Need. **
