Visit to the Salvation Army Church:

Some of the School Council members visited the Salvation Army Church this morning.
The pupils were welcomed by Mr Rosser, a former governor at the school. The pupils learned about the work of the Church in the local community and they looked at the work with the food bank especially.
Every year, we collect money / tins / products for the food bank before Christmas and the the School Council members have started to think of ideas of the kind of things we'll be collecting to help this year.
A letter will be sent home in the next few weeks.
